Before the session, Hannah's Mom, told me they would love to include a very special item. This item was given to them from the Hospice where Hannah's grandfather had stayed early last year before they found out they would be having her. I thought it was such a special way to include such an intimate item to them. This is one very special family, so full of love, happiness and they were wonderful to work with!
